In partnership with a well-known company from the EU, we can perform repairs for aluminum cylinders coated with NiCaSil (nickel - silicon carbide).

This process is also known as nicasil coating and represents a cost-effective method for repairing a worn or scratched aluminum cylinder without sacrificing the specific performance of aluminum cylinders coated with NiCaSil.

Costs vary depending on the inner diameter of the cylinder, as follows:
- diameter 38-45mm: ** 1485 lei **
- diameter 46-53mm: ** 1592 lei **
- diameter 54-56mm: ** 1806 lei **

- diameter 61-70mm: ** 2115 lei **
- diameter 71-80mm: ** 2401 lei **
- diameter 81-90mm: ** 2556 lei **
- diameter 91mm+: ** 2853 lei **

This cost includes:
* domestic/international shipping (we will send a courier to pick it up after you place the order)
* the repair itself and honing

This cost does not include and can be purchased separately (we will provide a quote for this):
* piston kit (must be sent along with the cylinder for repair)
* gasket kit (top-end or for the entire engine)

The duration of a repair is 20-30 calendar days starting from the date we receive the cylinder.

Important:
* send the cylinder for repair completely disassembled (without valves, threaded rods, etc.);
* cylinders often exhibit small porosities after repair, these pores do not affect the proper functioning of the cylinder;
* payment for the repair can only be made in advance, via card payment.

The following cannot be repaired:
- iron cylinders with nickel-silicon coating;
- aluminum cylinders with chrome plating that require welding;
- cylinders with large pores or porous areas;
- severely damaged cylinders that require significant reconstruction work through welding (broken exhaust port, broken cylinder neck, broken exhaust pipe, etc.);
- cylinders with multiple blockages, where material has been removed in the transfer and exhaust areas;
- cylinders with wear greater than the recommended limit must have an oversized piston to continue the repair, in this case, we will contact you to inform you.
