Carburetor CP 2T (17.5mm) Polini for the following applications: Vespa PK 50 AIR 2T (1983-1989) / PK 50 FL AIR 2T (1990-1996) / PK 50 XL AIR 2T (1986-1989) / Special 50 AIR 2T (1974-1979).

Polini continues the development of its CP carburetors. Innovative carburetors, where each part has been designed, developed, and produced by the company from Bergamo. The Polini CP carburetor range is expanding with new models that ensure easy assembly on the Ø 16.16 manifold. Polini CP carburetors have a rigid connection and are dedicated to Vespa 50 Special, PK, XL, HP, FL2. The connection between the manifold and the carburetor is rigid with a clamp like the original mounted on Vespa 50 and are supplied with an airbox with improved intake. Available with a diameter of 17.5. The intake pipe is very short and features an exclusive concentric design and geometry that optimizes airflow during gas passage. The fuel discharge from the atomizer has been designed to ensure correct flow dynamics in every position of the throttle valve when opened. The inlet where the fuel enters and the larger needle allow for constant suction even in the most extreme conditions. The float level, made entirely of plastic, and the needle sealing are carefully controlled in the production department to ensure the same standard of efficiency over time. These features considerably simplify the carburetor setup. Due to the extremely sophisticated calibration, the fuel-air flows, main jets, and idle jets have been designed to achieve the best performance with lower consumption. The compact size of the new carburetor is the result of careful and meticulous management of the internal space and maximum efficiency of all components, subjected to strict controls. 100% made in Italy.
