Carburetor CP 2T (24mm) Polini for the following applications: Vespa ETS 125 AIR 2T (1984-1985) / PK 125 AIR 2T (1983-1989) / PK 125 S AIR 2T (1983-1989) / PK 125 XL AIR 2T (1986-1989) / PK 50 AIR 2T (1983-1989) / PK 50 FL AIR 2T (1990-1996) / PK 50 XL AIR 2T (1986-1989) / Primavera ET3 125 AIR 2T (1967-1983) / Special 50 AIR 2T (1974-1979).

Polini continues the development of its CP carburetors. Innovative carburetors in which each part has been designed, developed, and produced by the company from Bergamo. For the most demanding riders, Polini has designed a new Polini Evolution Ø 24 CP carburetor with a flexible connection that includes the air filter box. Manufactured to be mounted on Vespa 50-125 "Small Frame," these must be assembled together with the new intake manifold dedicated to this carburetor model. The intake pipe is very short and features an exclusive concentric design and geometry that optimizes airflow during gas passage. The gasoline drainage from the atomizer has been designed to ensure correct flow dynamics in every position of the throttle valve when opened. The inlet hole for gasoline and the larger needle allow for constant suction even in the most extreme conditions. The float level, made entirely of plastic, and the needle sealing are carefully controlled in the production department to ensure the same efficiency standard over time. These features considerably simplify the carburetor setup. Due to extremely sophisticated calibration, the gasoline-air flows, main jets, and idle jets have been designed to achieve the best performance with lower consumption. The compact size of the new carburetor is the result of careful and meticulous management of internal space and maximum efficiency of all components, subjected to strict controls. 100% made in Italy.
