Cylinder kit Polini (60mm / 152cc) for Vespa Primavera ET3 125 AIR 2T (1967-1983).

Due to its 152 cc capacity, the cylinder kit offers incredible performance. This cylinder sets new performance standards. Made from aluminum, it features 6 transfer ports, divided exhaust, and diaphragm synchronization. Additional cooling fins have been added to the cylinder head design to further enhance heat dissipation. The slightly increased compression helps achieve maximum power from the 60 mm bore with a 54 mm stroke. The piston is cast from aluminum and has two S10 chrome-plated cast rings. After machining, the piston was coated with a special molybdenum disulfide layer that improves piston sliding during retraction. The reed valve comes with 6 carbon reeds with a thickness of 0.4 mm. The flow path geometry ensures optimal intake speed of the air-fuel mixture. The intake manifold has been designed to fit in the original location without any modifications and to work well with the d.34 Dellorto VHSB carburetor. To install this cylinder kit, the crankcase will need to be centered. It is necessary to replace the original crankshaft with the new Polini crankshaft (210.0070), with a 105 mm connecting rod and 54 mm stroke. For best performance, we recommend the Polini Evolution exhaust (200,0418).
