Specifications:This header is a racing part without approval for StVo. Many scooters, such as the Explorer Race GT 50 from ATU (Auto Teile Unger), as well as some models from Keeway, Generic, and Sachs, come equipped with a heavily restricted exhaust header. After installing the tuning header (test scooter Race GT 50) in its original state, the scooter reached a speed of 63 km/h with the variator acceleration; after removing the acceleration in the variomatic, the top speed increased to 72 km/h. The connection for the secondary air system is completely omitted, which releases energy reserves. The connecting hose for the secondary air system must be sealed after installing the header. For this, we recommend a screw as a plug or simply bending the hose and securing it with a cable tie. It is not necessary to adjust the main jet of the carburetor. If you want it to be truly optimal, you can change the variator rollers to lighter ones; we recommend a set of 5.8g variator rollers in the dimensions of 15x12mm. Delivery includes the header gasket and the exhaust gasket.
