Hi-Speed Polini variator for the following applications: Honda ADV 350i H2O 4T E5 (2022->) / Forza ABS 350i H2O 4T E5 (2021->) / SH 350i H2O 4T E5 (2021->).

Performance-enhancing variator with a redesigned pulley featuring 12 rollers at a 13° angle. The piston bolt is made from chrome-nickel steel. It has a very low coefficient of friction and is treated with a carbon-based DLC coating, specifically for racing applications. An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and uniform lubrication of the piston bolt, even under the heaviest loads. Due to this innovative design, continuous upgrades (e.g., rollers) are no longer necessary. Thanks to the counterpressure spring, which is 15% stiffer than the original spring, higher engine RPM is achieved at startup.
