Complete planetary sets All Balls - Extreme Duty - 8 Balls feature bearings with 8 balls and a larger planetary shaft diameter than factory ones. They offer superior strength compared to the original parts and are exclusively manufactured in ISO 9001 certified factories. The complete planetary sets include inner and outer planetary ends, a planetary shaft made of 4340 chrome molybdenum steel, and the boots are made of DCR66 rubber. This type of rubber provides up to 40% increased tensile strength and 50% abrasion resistance compared to conventional materials used in manufacturing planetary boots. The rubber compound is tested at -40°C to ensure reliability and enhanced durability even in the harshest conditions.
