The latest variator technology from Polini. Specifically tuned for unmodified 50cc engines, this variator delivers noticeably better acceleration and slightly higher speed using all provided components. If the scooter is not tuned, the variator simply needs to be installed with all components. Suitable for Sym Jet, Orbit III engines with Euro 4 standard emissions. Assembly instructions are located under the plastic insert in the packaging.
The kit includes:
- Complete Hi-Speed variator with sleeve;
- Reinforced counterpressure spring (20 kg counterpressure) with Evo slider;
- 1 set of variator weights 19x15.5 mm with 5.3 g;
- Polini clutch springs;
- A special electronic module that increases the vehicle's top speed;
- Pulley with a 13° angle;
