Hi-Speed Polini variator for the following applications: Kymco Agility R16+ 300i H2O 4T E4 (2019-2020).
Performance-enhancing variator with a chrome-nickel piston pin: very low friction coefficient and DLC carbon-based treatment is specific for racing applications. An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and even lubrication of the piston pin, even under the heaviest loads. Due to this innovative construction, constant upgrades (e.g., rollers) are no longer necessary. Thanks to the counterpressure spring, which is 15% stiffer than the original spring, higher engine RPM at startup is achieved, and greater engine power is available.
