Athena piston for Athena and OEM cylinders
This Athena piston is compatible with Athena cylinders and original OEM cylinders corresponding to the application, and is equipped with rings designed to reduce friction with the cylinder and improve engine performance.
Athena pays special attention to every detail in piston development. The rings are manufactured in Japan and use wear-resistant coatings such as PVD or chrome nitride, depending on the application, to increase resistance and durability.
The rings are designed to adapt precisely to the cylinder surface even at low tangential load, contributing to reduced friction, proper sealing, and efficient engine operation.
