Le matériau utilisé pour la fabrication de ce soufflet de cardan est du caoutchouc de type DCR66, ce type de caoutchouc offre jusqu'à 40 % de résistance accrue à l'étirement et 50 % de résistance à l'abrasion par rapport aux matériaux conventionnels utilisés dans la fabrication des soufflets de cardan. Le composé de caoutchouc est testé à -40°C pour garantir une fiabilité et une résistance accrues même dans les conditions les plus difficiles.
Le kit contient un soufflet de cardan, deux colliers en acier inoxydable qui peuvent être montés sans outils spécialisés et de la graisse à base de molybdène pour lubrifier le cardan.
